This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I was wondering if maybe you could give me some art lessons? I am pretty good as it is, but I love your style, and the unique way you portray their personalities with your amazing artwork!
What's up Eric? Thanks for checking out my artwork. Yep, I'm finally airbrushing again! You were something else with the airbrush, man! However, you're doing great in the digital realm as well, good for you! I'm telling you, you need to submit your stuff to the magazines, you would get projects assigned, I'm sure of that. Talk to you soon then!
Thanx Rob. Yea that contest was a fun experience, but its time to move on to the next project. Definitely learned a lot from those pieces. Ne-ways what have you been up to? Any new art pieces you're willing to show?
ehh,.. still working on a few small things but,.... trying to get back into the habit,.. but DP has seen a few sketches of mine over the weekend. i'll try to work on something to post on here @ DA.
Hey, I really enjoyed looking through your work! I'm interested in getting into digital painting and I was just wondering what tools and programs you use. Especially in regards to the style you used for your Kisame drawing.
I have corel painter, but I seem to be having a hard time figuring out what brushes are best for what effect. How did you learn to draw and use color so well? I guess a lot of it is just practice, eh? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For the "Kisame" piece I used Photoshop, but Corel Painter will work. I mainly use the hard round brush in Photoshop to lay down my colors and various color adjustment layers to achieve the color I want. Photoshop and painter are becoming pretty much the same prog., there's just slight differences between them two, I use Photoshop becuase that's what I was accustomed too. There's many tutorials online that offers breakdowns of various artist's works. It just takes practice and lots of it and studying the foundations of art will envitablely make you a better artist. Well good luck in your ventures.
